we are…
Compass Accounting was founded by Emma, who began her accounting career in London before moving to Newquay to raise her family. Over the years, she realised that the work she loved most was supporting owner‑managed businesses; the kind where you really get to know the people behind the numbers.
Emma is ACA exam‑qualified with experience across audit, accounts and bookkeeping, but more importantly, she genuinely enjoys building relationships with clients and helping them feel confident and in control.
Compass Accounting is built around clarity, calm and connection. Emma’s goal is to give clients more time for the things that matter; in their business and in their life; while she takes care of the detail.
